Paul's Guitar Hideout is in Glens Falls, NY, inside The Shirt Factory at 71 Lawrence St., Suite 201B. The shop serves players across the Capital Region, Warren County, Washington County, and the broader Adirondack region. Wednesday through Sunday, 12 to 5pm.

How Far People Drive

Most of the regular shop traffic comes from within fifteen minutes — Glens Falls, Queensbury, Hudson Falls, Fort Edward, Lake George. Setups, lessons, walk-ins on a Saturday afternoon. The kind of stop you make on the way home from somewhere else.

Saratoga and the rest of Warren and Washington counties are twenty to forty minutes out. People drive down for a specific reason — to play a Martin before buying it, to drop off a repair, to start lessons with Travis, to bring in a guitar that's been sitting since college.

From the Adirondack Park, Albany, or further out in the Capital Region, it's forty-five minutes to two hours. Adirondack camp owners come down at the start and end of the season because the climate up there is hard on guitars. Albany players come up because shops like this one are getting rarer — an eclectic wall of new and used, real craftsmanship on the service side, and personality you can feel when you walk in. They come for the guitars. They come back for the vibes.

Where We Are

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 19th century textile mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If you need assistance, give us a call and we'll come down.
