Single Coils That Hit Harder
Both Quarter Pound sets on the wall do the same job: more output from a Strat or a Tele. The Strat set has more than twice the output of a standard single-coil; the Tele set carries Seymour Duncan's highest-output Tele single-coil in the bridge. Quarter-inch pole pieces put more magnet under the string in both, and the sound moves toward a P-90 without changing the guitar.

Where We Are
We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.
The Drive
Ballston Spa is the county seat, a small Victorian village five miles south of Saratoga with a downtown you walk: the courthouse crowd on weekdays, the shops and galleries and antique stores the rest of the time.
About 35 minutes: Route 50 or Route 9 to I-87 north, Exit 18. Park in the Cooper Street lot at The Shirt Factory.
