Where We Are
We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls — one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 19th century textile mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up.
The Most Common Guitar in Glens Falls
The most common guitar that comes through the shop is one that's never been set up. Bought a few years ago, played for a while, put down, picked back up. The action is high. It feels stiff. It's harder to play than the player remembers, so they assume they got rusty. Usually they didn't get rusty. The guitar drifted out of adjustment and nobody told them that's a thing.

We regularly stock Fender Player II Stratocasters and Telecasters, Vintera III models with vintage-spec voicings, and Squier Classic Vibe — the gap from Squier Affinity to Classic Vibe is bigger than the gap from Classic Vibe to Player II, and we'll tell you that in person. We regularly stock Standard Series Martins: D-18, D-28, 000-28, OM-28. Strings, picks, cables, accessories — the small stuff that keeps you playing. Repairs and Setups
We do guitar repair and setups at the shop. Fret work, electronics, nut work, tuner replacement, pickup installation, structural repair. $79 standard setup, done to your preferences. $99 specialty for Floyd Rose, 12-string, classical, and anything that needs more setup time to dial properly. Turnaround depends on what's already in the queue. We tell you the real timing at drop-off and turn each one as soon as we can.
