Why Buy Roland From an Authorized Dealer

Roland warrants a new Roland product to its first buyer, bought from an authorized Roland dealer in the U.S., against defects in materials and workmanship, for the period on Roland's warranty chart. Registration is optional, but keep the receipt: a claim ships to Roland at the owner's expense, with proof of purchase and a return authorization number from Roland. JC-22, JC-40 or JC-120

All three are Roland's Jazz Chorus: the JC clean sound and the Dimensional Space Chorus, in stereo through two speakers. Roland introduced the JC-120 in 1975 and says the chorus effect was first introduced to the world in it; the JC-40 and JC-22 carry the same clean sound in smaller combos. What changes is the size and what's on the panel, from Roland's spec sheets:

Footswitches, Covers and Stands

Each amp comes with its owner's manual and power cord. The rest is sold separately: a Boss FS-5L, FS-6 or FS-7 footswitch for the effects, a Roland cover fitted to each amp (the RAC-JC22, RAC-JC40 and RAC-JC120), and the BAS-1 amp stand for the JC-22 and JC-40. Where We Are

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls. The building went up in 1902 as a men's shirt factory and made shirts until 1996. Today it's home to more than 70 studios, shops and galleries, and now a guitar shop. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. We're downtown. Park in the Cooper Street lot at The Shirt Factory and take the Cooper Street entrance up to the second floor. If you're already downtown, we're about a ten-minute walk from Glen Street.

A: Call or text us first. Depending on the problem, it may be a return or exchange with us or a warranty claim with Roland, and we'll help sort out which. A warranty claim ships to Roland at your expense, with proof of purchase and a return authorization number from a Roland service request; Roland's service page also has a locator for its authorized service centers. We're the dealer, not the repair depot.

Q: Can I finance a JC-120?
