More on how we diagnose repair work, and what we don't take on: Guitar Repair.
A few ground rules
- First come, first served. Need it back by a certain date? Tell us at drop-off and we'll do our best.
- Strings are always extra — and you're welcome to bring your own parts.
- Any job that needs the strings off includes the restring labor (strings still extra).
- If a job will run more than the quote, we reach out before doing it.
Book a setup, or just bring it in — if you're not sure what your guitar needs, we'll take a look and tell you straight.
Paul's Guitar Hideout is located at The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, NY. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.
