What just landed on the wall at Paul's Guitar Hideout in Glens Falls, NY, and what it actually is. When a new line comes in, we play it, look it over, and write up what we found before we write up what the catalog says.
New series and refreshes from the brands we carry, new arrivals worth a trip up the stairs, and the occasional piece of gear that changed what we stock. Specs come from the maker's own sheets. The rest comes from having the guitar in our hands.
New Series and Refreshes
Everything that just came in, guitars and gear alike, is in new arrivals. The full Martin wall is at Martin guitars, and if you're deciding between two of anything, the buying guides are the place to start.
Common Questions
How often does new gear come in?
Most weeks. New stock from Fender, Martin, and our other lines arrives on their schedule, and used guitars come in on trade whenever someone walks up the stairs with one. The new arrivals collection is the live list.
Can I put a hold on something new before it sells?
Yes. Call or text (518) 217-8695 and we'll hold it for you to play first. No deposit for a short hold.
Can you get a model or color that isn't on the wall?
Yes. We can special order any current model from every brand we carry. Every special-ordered guitar gets an in-store inspection and our stock setup before you take it home, and if you want a custom setup, different strings, action, or tuning, we do that before pickup too.
Want to see it in person? Come up and play what's new. We're located at The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, NY. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.
