Paul's Guitar Hideout is about 40 minutes west of Granville and Whitehall, in Glens Falls. Used guitars, new Fender and Martin as authorized dealer, repair work, setups, and lessons. Every used guitar we take in gets detailed and set up before it goes on the wall, new strings included.
Route 149 west from Granville, Route 4 south from Whitehall, about forty minutes either way. There hasn't been a guitar shop on that side of the county in years; both roads come into Glens Falls from the east, and we're the first shop either one reaches.
Where We Are
We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.
