From the Wall: The Loudbox Micro

The Loudbox Micro is the one to carry: 40 watts, bi-amplified, a 5.25-inch woofer and a 0.8-inch soft dome tweeter in a sealed cabinet, and 9.1 pounds. It still has an instrument channel and a microphone channel, reverb and a dual-function chorus, a 3.5 mm aux input, a headphone output for practice, and a balanced XLR out that goes straight to a board or an interface for recording.

Where We Are

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.

The Drive

Lake George is the village at the south end of the lake, a summer town of about a thousand people the rest of the year, and the first place inside the Adirondack Park north of Queensbury.

About 15 minutes south on Route 9 or I-87 (Exit 18). Park in the Cooper Street lot at The Shirt Factory.
