The Drive

Lake George is the village at the south end of the lake, a summer town of about a thousand people the rest of the year, and the first place inside the Adirondack Park north of Queensbury.

About 15 minutes south on Route 9 or I-87 (Exit 18). Park in the Cooper Street lot at The Shirt Factory.

It is made for low gain that stays open, so the guitar and the amp still sound like themselves with the pedal on. Volume, Drive and Tone, and a three-way switch for Boost, Overdrive and Distortion: Boost is the cleanest, Distortion the most compressed. It takes no battery; power it from a Dunlop ECB003 adapter or an MXR Brick.

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up.
