Paul's Guitar Hideout is an authorized Fender dealer 30 minutes north of Saratoga Springs: I-87, Exit 18 or 19, into Glens Falls. We stock the Fender Player II and Vintera III lineups and the Squier range.

Three Squier tiers on the wall: Sonic for a first electric, Affinity a step up, Classic Vibe at the top. On the Fender side, Fender Standard alongside Player II and Vintera III. Fender acoustics too: CD-60 and CC-60 dreadnought and concert models, a CN-60 nylon-string, and an acoustic bass.

Northway north to Exit 18, about thirty minutes from Broadway. Left off the exit, straight into downtown Glens Falls, park in the Cooper Street lot.

Want to see what's here right now? Everything we have, new and used, is listed under Fender guitars in stock.

The Drive

Saratoga is the big neighbor to the south: the track, SPAC and Broadway, a resort city for two hundred years and still growing, with the Northway running right alongside it.

I-87 north, 30 minutes most times of day. Exit 18 or 19 depending on starting point. Parking in the Cooper Street lot at the Shirt Factory. Second floor, Cooper Street entrance.

Vintera III

Vintera III is Fender's line of vintage-spec recreations: a 7.25-inch-radius fingerboard with vintage-tall frets, era-correct neck shapes, and vintage-style pickups. It's the Fender that feels like the old ones. Everything here right now is listed under Fender guitars in stock. Want every Fender line we carry, with prices? That's on our Fender guitars in Glens Falls page.

Where We Are

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls. The building went up in 1902 as a men's shirt factory and made shirts until 1996. Today it's home to more than 70 studios, shops and galleries, and now a guitar shop. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.

Squier vs. Fender

The gap from Squier Affinity to Classic Vibe is bigger than the gap from Classic Vibe to Player II. For a first electric, a Classic Vibe is usually the right call. For more on what the price difference actually gets you, read Squier vs. Fender.

Authorized Dealer

We're an authorized Fender dealer, so a new Fender or Squier bought here carries Fender's two-year limited warranty for the original buyer. Keep the receipt.

Setup

New guitars come set to the manufacturer's factory spec. If you want a full $79 setup to your preferences before you take the guitar home, we can do that.
