Fender builds its early '70s Jazz Bass with a bound neck and block inlays, and that is the look the Vintera III reproduces here, down to the 7.25 inch radius. Two single-coils with separate volumes are what give a Jazz Bass its range: neck alone for warm and woody, both for punch, bridge alone for burp.
Alder body, maple neck in the early '70s C, round-laminated rosewood fingerboard, 20 vintage-tall frets, 1.5 inch bone nut, 34 inch scale, two vintage-style early '70s single-coils with a volume each and a master tone, vintage-style 4-saddle bridge with single-groove steel barrel saddles, Fender-stamped non-reverse open-gear tuners.
