The Covers and the Footswitch

Fishman makes a padded cover for each Loudbox we stock, and they hang with the amps: 1680-denier ballistic nylon outside, foam padding against a soft jersey lining inside, and a zipper pocket for the power cord and cables. The Loudbox Dual Foot Switch is for the Artist: one button mutes both channels while the aux input keeps playing, the other switches the effects.

Where We Are

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.

The Drive

Bolton Landing is a lake town inside the park, on the west shore of Lake George with the Schroon River on the far side of the town, the kind of place families have been coming back to for two hundred years.

About 30 minutes: 9N down the lake to Lake George village, then Route 9 or I-87 south to Glens Falls. Park in the Cooper Street lot at The Shirt Factory.
