From the Wall: The Seth Lover Set
Seth Lover designed the original humbucker, and the SH-55 Seth Lover set is built the way he drew it: alnico 2 to smooth the top end, a vintage wind that keeps the output low so the amp does the work, and un-potted nickel silver covers that give the attack a percussive, almost piano-like quality. It's the set for a solid-body or semi-hollow that wants to sound like a late-1950s record. Neck about 7.4k, bridge about 8.3k, single-conductor braided lead.

Where We Are
We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.
