From the Wall: The Loudbox Artist

The Loudbox Artist is the stage amp of the three: 120 watts, bi-amplified, an 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch soft dome neodymium tweeter, 113 dB at one meter, with Bluetooth 5.1 for backing tracks and set breaks. Fishman says it holds its place in a full-band mix, and the two complete channels, each with a mic input, an instrument input, a three-band EQ and dual effects, are why it works for a duo or a guitar and a vocal. It weighs 25 pounds.

We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. Albany is the capital, the big city at the bottom of the Northway, and we're the top of the same map: Glens Falls is the far north end of the Capital District.
