If you're near Wilton and want to sell a guitar, Paul's Guitar Hideout is about 20 minutes north of Wilton on I-87, in Glens Falls. Call or text first at (518) 217-8695, or bring it in during shop hours. We'll usually have a number for you before you leave.

Where We Are
We're on the second floor of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, one of the more interesting buildings in the region. It's a converted 1902 shirt mill that's become a hub for artists, makers, craftspeople, and independent businesses. Painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelers, and now a guitar shop. The building has a creative energy that fits what we do. Use the Cooper Street entrance and take the stairs up. If stairs are difficult or you're bringing in something you don't want to carry up, call or text us and we'll arrange access.
How It Works
We look the guitar over with you. Offers are based on real-time Reverb sold listings, condition, demand, and what's already on our wall. Accept it and you're paid by check the same day, or cash the next day. Store credit can be issued the same day as a gift card, and more is possible in credit than in cash. Offers hold for 7 days. Full terms on the sell and trade policy page.
If you want a sense of the number before you drive over: how much is my guitar worth.
Trade It Instead
If you'd rather have a different guitar than cash, we evaluate it in person and apply credit toward the new purchase. More on the sell or trade page.
What to Bring
The guitar and anything that came with it: case, tags, paperwork. A complete package is easier to sell on, and we factor it in.
The Drive
About 20 minutes north on I-87, Exit 16 to Exit 18. Park in the Cooper Street lot at The Shirt Factory.
