The DD-8 is the most delay Boss puts in a compact box, and carryover is the feature working players notice first: trails that finish naturally when the pedal is switched off. With two external footswitches the 40-second looper makes it a three-pedal loop station in one enclosure.
Eleven modes: standard digital, analog, tape, warm, modulate, reverse, shimmer, warp, delay-plus-reverb, a rhythmic GLT mode, and the looper with overdub. Up to 10 seconds of delay with tap tempo, mode, time, feedback and effect level knobs, a carryover switch, true stereo in and out with three output modes, a TRS jack for an expression pedal or footswitches, 100 mA on a 9V battery or a PSA adapter.
