Bucket-brigade delay is the warm, darkening repeat that digital delays imitate, and the DM-2 was the pedal that defined it. The DM-2W is the all-analog reissue of the 1984 DM-2, made in Japan, with two modes.
Standard mode is that pedal, 20 to 300 ms. Custom mode runs the same chip cleaner and longer, up to 800 ms, for players who want the analog character with a usable dotted-eighth. Repeat rate, intensity and echo knobs, a direct out so the dry and delayed signals can go to separate amps, a TRS jack for an expression pedal, mono in, 9V battery or PSA adapter.
