The TU-3 has been the stage tuner since 2009 for reasons that are not exotic: the 21-segment meter reads from across a stage, the housing survives, and the output mutes so you tune in silence. The buffer at the front of a board is the second job it does.
High Brightness mode for outdoor stages, chromatic and guitar/bass modes with flat tunings, an Accu-Pitch sign that confirms when the note lands. A bypass jack passes the signal untuned, and a DC out jack powers other pedals from one adapter through the optional PCS-20A cable. Buffered bypass, 20 mA, 80 mA in High Brightness, on a 9V battery or a PSA adapter.
