What Came In

An Epiphone DG-335 in Pelham Blue from our own used inventory, on the bench before it goes on the wall. It was getting 10s in place of 9s and a setup to match.

What We Found

The action was high and the intonation was off.

What We Did

Restrung with Darco Electric 10s. Adjusted the bridge height, intonation, tailpiece height and pickup height. Oiled the fretboard, cleaned the guitar up and tightened the hardware. About 45 minutes on the bench.

Do the guitars you sell get set up before they go on the wall?

Yes. Every used instrument we list goes across the same bench as the customer work, and this DG-335 is one of them: strings, action, intonation and pickup height set before it is priced.
