How We Choose Used Guitars for the Shop

Every guitar is evaluated for playability and condition before it goes on the floor.

When a guitar comes in we check neck relief, fret wear, nut condition, tuner function, and intonation. Electronics get tested on electrics. Acoustics get checked for structural issues — cracks, bridge lift, neck angle. If it needs work before it goes on the floor, it gets the work. If it's not worth the work, it doesn't come in.

If it doesn't play well, it doesn't stay.
