Pitch & Octave Pedals ²

Pitch shifters and octave pedals at Paul's Guitar Hideout in Glens Falls. An octave pedal adds a note above or below what you play, which is how one guitar covers more ground: a fatter lead, or a bass-like low end under a single coil. A pitch shifter goes further and moves the note itself, so you can drop a tuning or add a harmony without retuning.

These are pedals where the setting matters more than the spec sheet. Come play one through an amp before you buy it.
