EHX brought it out in 2006 as their heavy metal distortion.

Distortion sets the gain, and it goes very high. The EQ has a lot of range, up to 14 dB of cut or boost on Bass, 15 on Mid and 10 on Treble, so the mids can be scooped way down. The Boost footswitch turns on Top Boost, which adds bite by boosting a narrow band of highs, and its knob does nothing until it's on. Bypass is buffered. It runs on a 9-volt battery inside, behind the four screws on the bottom, or a 9-volt adapter, center negative.

Black. Very good condition, shown in the photos.
